O’Level Subject Combination

Candidates must have  Five credits in the English Language, Mathematics, one basic Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), and two others taken from Economics, Geography, Accounting/Principle of Accounts, Fine Arts, Technical Drawing, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, History/Government, literature in English, Woodwork and Metal Work.

JAMB Subject Combination

Candidates will write the following four (4) subjects in Jamb.

English Language, chemistry, biology and agricultural science, and any Mathematics and Physics

JAMB Score

For any candidate to be admitted to any Department in Federal Polytechnic Ibadan, the Candidate must score 180 and above in JAMB.

Departmental Cut-Off Mark/ Post UTME Score

A candidate who wishes to study Science Laboratory Technology (SLT) at the Federal Polytechnic Ibadan must score 200 and above in the school Post UTME Screening Exercise.
