O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Estate Management And Valuation include the following:

- Any Basic Science subject and any two subjects below:

- Economics/Commerce
- Physics

- Chemistry
- Technical Drawing
- Fine Art
- Woodwork
- Literature
- Metal Work
- Principles of Accounts
- Book Keeping
- Government
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB
- English Language
- Mathematics and any two subjects below:
- Economics
- Arts
- Technical Drawing
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biolog
JAMB Score
For any candidate to be admitted to any Department in the University of Lagos, the Candidate must score 150 and above in JAMB.
