Christian Religious Knowledge is taught in the Faculty of Arts at Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK). The subject itself is required on all three entry routes, and it is the only paper named consistently across them.
Everything else is described in general terms. The O’Level line asks for relevant subjects, the UTME line for Arts subjects, and the Direct Entry line names no second subject at all.
Confirm that Christian Religious Knowledge appears on the current NSUK course list and that your JAMB registration records it correctly. A course entered in error cannot be assessed against the conditions below.

The WAEC/NECO subject combination and requirements needed to study Christian Religious Knowledge is Five (5) SSCE credits in English Language, CRK and three other relevant subjects.

CRK Itself Is the Only Fixed Subject at NSUK
The O’Level requirement is five SSCE credits in English Language, CRK and three other relevant subjects. Two papers are named and the rest are left to the candidate’s own judgement of relevance.
That wording is loose enough to be worth checking with the department. Relevant is not defined on this page, and a candidate with mostly science credits could reasonably be uncertain whether they qualify.
The UTME combination keeps English Language compulsory and asks for two Arts subjects, one of which must be Christian Religious Knowledge, with a further subject beyond those.
Direct Entry is the simplest of the three. Two ‘A’ level passes are required and must include Christian Religious Knowledge, leaving the second pass entirely open.
A JAMB score of 180 and above is the screening threshold for the 2026/2027 session at NSUK.
