This is to inform the general public and all Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) aspirants that the Department of Education & Sociology admission requirements have been published.
The admission requirements include O’level Subject combinations, JAMB UTME Subject combinations, and School and Departmental Cut-Off Marks.
Entry Requirements
O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Education & Sociology include the following:
- Five (5) ‘O’ Level credit passes at one (1) sitting or six (6) ‘O’ Level credit passes at two (2) sittings to include English Language Mathematics, two (2) Arts subjects, and any other from Social Science
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB
- English Language
- Two Arts subjects and any other
Direct Entry Requirement
These are the conditions you need to fulfil to gain Direct Entry admission to study Education & Sociology if you don’t intend to use UTME. You require;
- Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes/NCE merit/credit in Economics, Government/Political Science, Religious Studies, History, Geography/ and Social Studies.
