Five UNICAL Language Courses Built on the Same French Requirement
The O’Level requirement is five SSCE credit passes including French, English Language and one other Arts subject.
The JAMB combination names English Language and French, with two other subjects from the Arts and Social Sciences.
Direct Entry asks for two A level passes including French and one other Arts subject, keeping French compulsory for a third time.
Because the same three rules cover five related programmes, a candidate holding a French credit can apply across the whole group without changing anything.
The UNICAL JAMB threshold is 150 and above for any department. Without French at O’Level, none of these courses is open to you.
