The requirements cover the O Level credits, the four JAMB papers, the Direct Entry conditions and the minimum UTME score. Every subject is named outright, so there is nothing left to interpretation on this course.

Entry Requirements
O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Human Anatomy include Five (5) SSCE credit passes in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
All five credits are specified individually. Mathematics is the only one of the five that does not carry over to the JAMB combination, so it is checked purely on your result sheet.
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB
- English Language
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
The four JAMB papers are fixed at English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. No substitution is offered, and no science subject outside those three is accepted.
Direct Entry Requirement
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Human Anatomy if you don’t intend to use UTME. You require;
- Two (2) ‘A’ level passes chosen from Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in addition to the UTME requirements.
Note the phrase in addition to the UTME requirements. The A Level passes sit on top of the five credits and the subject combination rather than replacing them.
Any two of Biology, Chemistry and Physics are acceptable, which is the only element of choice anywhere in this application.
JAMB Score
All candidates interested in getting admitted into UNICROSS for the 2026/2027 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have scored 140 or above in your JAMB result.
Why Direct Entry Adds Rather Than Replaces at UNICROSS Human Anatomy
Biology, Chemistry and Physics appear at all three stages of this application, and English Language joins them at O Level and in JAMB. Nothing on those lists can be swapped for another subject.
Direct Entry candidates gain no relief from the subject requirements, since the A Level passes are added to the UTME conditions. Confirm all five credits including Mathematics, then check that your JAMB score reaches 140 for the 2026/2027 session.
