All candidates interested in getting admitted into UNIJOS for the 2026/2027 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have a minimum score of 180 or above in your JAMB result.
Rounding Out Your Subjects for UNIJOS French
French and English Language stay fixed across every route into this course, so the real flexibility sits in your one remaining freely chosen Arts or Social Science subject choice.
Confirm these requirements against UNIJOS’s current admission brochure before registering, since the 180 JAMB benchmark can shift between sessions, and have your French result ready for screening.
Candidates applying through Direct Entry should also keep their ‘A’ level French and Arts subject certificates on hand, since UNIJOS checks these documents alongside the standard UTME route during the screening exercise held each admission session.
