The O’Level requirement is five passes including English Language, Mathematics and Physics, with two more from Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science and Economics.

Agricultural Science and Economics on that list widen the course noticeably, since neither is a laboratory science and both are commonly held outside the pure science stream.

The JAMB combination names Mathematics and Physics, with one further paper from Biology, Chemistry, Economics or Geography.

Geography appears there but not in the O’Level list, so it can serve as a UTME paper without counting towards your two optional credits.

Mathematics and Physics are the two subjects required on both sides. Secure those credits, then build your preparation around reaching 240 rather than the 200 university minimum.
