The National Universities Commission (NUC), the authoritative body vested with approving Nigerian University education programs, has granted full accreditation to five additional courses at Yobe State University.
This information is conveyed in a letter signed by Dr. Maryam Sali, the Director of Accreditation at the National Universities Commission (NUC).
With this development, the University now boasts 41 fully accredited undergraduate programs.
Professor Mala M. Daura, the institution’s Vice-Chancellor, expressed gratitude for the noteworthy achievement accomplished by the University in the accreditation process.
He extended appreciation to the Yobe state governor, Mai Mala Buni, for the substantial infrastructural support and assistance crucial to the success of the exercise.
Furthermore, he thanked the NUC for their thorough assessment and the subsequent grant of full accreditation for the programs.
