ACEONDO Department of Home Economics & Education Admission Requirement 2024/2025

This is to inform the general public and all Adeyemi Collge Of Education, Ondo (ACEONDO) aspirants that the Department of Home Economics/Education admission requirements have been published.

ACEONDO

The admission requirements include O’level Subject combinations, JAMB UTME Subject combinations, and School and Departmental Cut-Off Marks.

Entry Requirements

O’Level Subject Combination

The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Home Economics/Education include the following:

Five (5) SSCE credit passes in the following subjects:

  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Home Economics
  • Biology
  • Chemistry

JAMB UTME Subject Combination

Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB

  • Chemistry
  • Biology or Agricultural Science and one other subject

Direct Entry Requirement

  • NCE merit in Home Economics
  • ‘A’ Level passes in two (2) of Chemistry or any Biology, Botany, and Agricultural Science.
  • ND/HND credit in Home Economics or Food Science Hotel and Catering Management, or any other related program

JAMB Score

All candidates interested in getting admitted to the  Adeyemi College Of Education for the 2024/2025 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have scored 120 or above in your JAMB result.

Adeyemi College of Education, also known as Aceondo, is a Federal College in Ondo State, Nigeria’s southwest. The federal government of Nigeria manages the college.
