Ebonyi State University (EBSU) has not published an academic calendar for the 2026/2027 session yet. The university’s own calendar archive still lists older sessions, and the figures attributed to EBSU’s 2026/2027 calendar on some education news sites don’t line up internally (resumption dates and exam periods that belong to different sessions get mixed together), so we’re not treating that version as reliable.
EBSU Academic Calendar for 2026/2027: Current Status
EBSU has opened postgraduate admissions for 2026/2027, which is a sign the session is moving, but that’s a separate process from the undergraduate academic calendar and doesn’t tell us when undergraduate resumption, registration or exams will fall. We’d rather tell you that plainly than publish dates we can’t stand behind.
Check ebsu.edu.ng directly, or your department notice board, once the calendar is formally approved.

We’ll replace this with EBSU’s actual first and second semester dates once they’re confirmed.
