The Federal University, Otuoke, is a federal government-owned University located in Otuoke, a town in Ogbia’s local government area of Bayelsa State, Southern Nigeria. The University was established in 2011 and started with 282 pioneer students.
It offers degree courses at undergraduate levels. The University offers undergraduate programs in the Faculty of Science, Management Science, Social Science and Humanities, Education, Engineering, and Technology.
O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Accountancy / Finance / Accounting;
You require; Five SSCE credit passes, including English Language, Mathematics, Economics, and two other relevant subjects.
Jamb Subject Combination
In UTME, please note that the English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combinations needed to study Accountancy / Finance / Accounting under the Faculty of Social & Management Sciences in the above Universities include;
Mathematics, Economics, and any other Social Science subject.
Direct Entry Requirement
These are the conditions you need to fulfil to gain Direct Entry admission to study Accountancy / Finance / Accounting if you don’t intend to use UTME.
You require; Two ‘A’ level passes, including Economics.
Jamb Score
All candidates interested in getting admitted into FUOTUOKE for the 2024/2025 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must score a minimum of 180 and above in your JAMB result.
