Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola, is a research-intensive university located in Girei a town in Adamawa State in Northeastern Nigeria.
It was established in 1981 by the government of Nigeria to create Universities that specialise in producing graduates with practical and theoretical knowledge of Technology.
The WAEC/NECO subject combination and requirements needed to study Education and Geographyis Five (5) SSCE credits in Mathematics, English Language, Geography, and any other social science subject.
In UTME, please note that the English Language is Compulsory for this course.
Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combinations needed to study Education and Geography under the Faculty of Education at MAUTECH include;
Geography and two other social science subjects.
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Education and Geography if you don’t intend to use UTME.
You require;
Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes/NCE merit which should include Geography /Physics.
All candidates interested in getting admitted into MAUTECH for the 2024/2025 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have scored a minimum of 180 and above in your JAMB result.
