The admission requirements include O’level Subject combinations, JAMB UTME Subject combinations, and School and Departmental Cut-Off Marks.
Entry Requirements
O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Quantity Surveying include Five (5) SSCE credit passes in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry and one subject from below:
- Fine Art
- Geography or Wood Work
- Biology
- Economics
- Technical Drawing
- Further Mathematics
- Introduction to Building Construction
- Bricklaying/Block laying
- Concreting, Wall, Floors, and Ceiling Finishing
- Joinery
- Carpentary
- Decorative Painting
- Lining, Sign, and Design
- Wall Hanging
- Color Mixing/Matching and Glazing
- Ceramics
- Graphics Design
- Graphic Printing
- Basic Electricity
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB.
- English Language
- Physics
- Mathematics, and any of Chemistry, Geography, Art, Biology, and Economics.
Special Requirement (Waiver) Remarks
MAUTECH requires Physics, Mathematics, and any one of Chemistry, Geography, Biology/ Agric. Science and Economics.
