The Chemistry Credit UNIBEN Estate Management Still Asks For
Estate Management reads like a commercial course at UTME, where the papers are English Language, Mathematics, Economics and one free choice. The O’level line is less predictable, because the five credit passes must include Chemistry alongside Mathematics and English Language.
That single requirement rules out a lot of otherwise strong commercial candidates, and no waiver appears on this page to soften it. Check your result sheet for Chemistry before you spend anything on the application.
Direct Entry works differently again. Two A’level passes are accepted from Mathematics, Economics, Geography, Biology and Physics, with Chemistry absent from that particular list. UTME candidates still need 200 or above in JAMB to reach the 2026/2027 screening.
