This is to inform the general public and all Adeyemi College of Education (ACEONDO) aspirants that the Department of Geography & Integrated Science admission requirements have been published.

The admission requirements include O’level Subject combinations, JAMB UTME Subject combinations, and School and Departmental Cut-Off Marks.
Geography is the fixed subject on both lists, and in each case it is supported by two science choices. The two option lists differ slightly in what they accept.
At Ordinary Level the department allows Integrated Science or General Science, and treats Biology and Health Science as a pair. In JAMB only the three laboratory sciences appear.
Entry Requirements
O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Geography & Integrated Science include the following: Five (5) SSCE credit passes in the following subjects:
- English Language,
- Mathematics
- Geography and any two subjects from below:
- Integrated Science/General Science
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology/Health Science
English Language, Mathematics and Geography are compulsory, with two further credits drawn from the four grouped entries beneath them.
Health Science is accepted in place of Biology here, which gives candidates from a health or home economics background a route into the department.

About Adeyemi College of Education
ACEONDO, also known as Adeyemi College of Education, is a Federal College in Ondo State, Nigeria’s southwest. The College was founded in 1964 and named after a Nigerian educator. It is affiliated with the prestigious OAU in Ile-Ife.
The college aspires to be the reference point for teacher education in Nigeria, educating students in international academic and moral standards.
Two Science Choices Beside Geography at ACEONDO
Geography anchors this department and appears on both lists without an alternative, so the credit has to be in place before anything else is considered.
Candidates relying on Integrated Science or Health Science at Ordinary Level should note that neither appears among the JAMB options, where only Biology, Physics and Chemistry count.
Mathematics is needed among the credits though not in JAMB, and the JAMB score has to reach 120 for the college screening exercise.
