Any Two of Three for FUTO Metallurgical and Material Engineering Direct Entry
The O’Level requirement is five SSCE credit passes in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Language and one other Science subject.
The JAMB papers are English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, repeating the four named credits exactly and adding nothing new to study.
Direct Entry is the one place with a choice. A level passes in any two of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry will qualify you.
A candidate holding only two of those three at A level is therefore not shut out, which is a more forgiving rule than some engineering departments apply.
A JAMB score of 160 or above makes you eligible for screening in the 2026/2027 session.
