Entry Requirements
O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Education & History include the following:
Five (5) SSCE credit passes in English Language, History and three (3) relevant Arts subjects
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB.
- English Language.
- History and any other two (2) subjects chosen from Christian Religious Studies / Islamic Studies, Literature in English, French, Yoruba, Geography/Physics, Economics, Government, and Hausa.
Direct Entry Requirement
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Education and History if you don’t intend to use UTME. You require;
Two (2) NCE merit/’A’ Level passes in History and one (1) other relevant Arts subject.
JAMB Score
All candidates interested in getting admitted into UNIJOS for the 2024/2025 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have a minimum score of 180 or above in your JAMB result.
