This article is designed to help students who wish to study Civil Engineering under the Faculty of Engineering, Environment & Technology under the Faculty of Arts & Humanities at the University of  Nigeria  Nsukka.

It is very important for all candidates who wish to apply for any of the courses offered at UNN  to carefully confirm and see if the course they Selected is offered in the institution before registering for JAMB.

O’Level Subject Combination

The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Civil Engineering;

You require; Five SSCE credit passes to include Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Language, and one Science subject.

Jamb Subject Combination

In UTME, please note that the English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combinations needed to study Civil Engineering under the Faculty of Engineering, Environment & Technology in the above Universities include;

Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics

Direct Entry Requirement

These are the conditions you need to fulfil to gain Direct Entry admission to study Civil Engineering if you don’t intend to use UTME.

You require;

  • ‘A’ level passes in Physics and Mathematics.
  • ND/HND (Upper credit) at appropriate levels.

Jamb Score

All candidates interested in getting admitted into NDA for the [aca_yeear] session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have a minimum score of  200 or above in your JAMB result.
