Dermatology isn’t an undergraduate degree you apply for directly through JAMB. It’s a medical specialty you train in after qualifying as a doctor, so the subject combination you actually need at WAEC and JAMB level is the one for Medicine and Surgery (MBBS). Once you’ve completed your medical degree, housemanship, and NYSC, you can pursue postgraduate residency training in dermatology through the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or the West African College of Surgeons.
If dermatology is your long-term goal, here’s the subject combination you need at the WAEC and JAMB level to get into a Medicine and Surgery programme.

Note: English Language and Mathematics are compulsory at WAEC for this pathway. For JAMB, English Language is compulsory while the other three science subjects fill out your four-subject combination.
In Summary
Focus on getting into an accredited Medicine and Surgery programme first. Dermatology comes later, through residency training once you’re a qualified doctor.
