Obstetrics and Gynecology isn’t a course you apply to directly through JAMB. It’s a medical specialty you train in after qualifying as a doctor, which means the path starts with gaining admission into Medicine and Surgery (MBBS). Here’s the subject combination you need for that.
Getting your WAEC and JAMB subject combination right for Medicine and Surgery is the first real step toward eventually specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

NOTE: English Language and Mathematics are compulsory at WAEC level for Medicine and Surgery. For JAMB, English is compulsory, but Mathematics is not required; your other three subjects should be Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, since these are what medical schools actually screen for.
After graduating with your MBBS/MBChB and completing housemanship and NYSC, you apply for a residency programme in Obstetrics and Gynecology at a teaching hospital. There’s no separate undergraduate admission route into this specialty.
Plan for the Full Path
Since Obstetrics and Gynecology is a postgraduate specialty, focus your JAMB and WAEC preparation on getting into Medicine and Surgery first. Specialization decisions come much later, during residency.
